Loading Messages Will NOT Stop

It's been over 24 hours that the loading messages window is still on and scrolling "Loading Messages". What the freak is goin on here? How can I make it stop so I can continue my search for music. I can't search with when it's still "loading messages". HELP, HELP, HELP PLEASE> LIMEWIRE!!

What version of Java are you using & what version of LW?

Try this version of Java. Use the JRE offline installer & remove your current Java version before you install this one.
Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11

Restart your computer & see if LW loads properly now.
