Some LW songs not sync-ing to iPod from iTunes

I have Windows XP. Downloaded songs from LW, "imported" each song to my iTunes music folder/library. They all play fine on iTunes on my computer, but not all will transfer to my iPod, only some of them, when I sync my iPod. I can't figure out why. They are all mp3 format.
Help!

Try adding them manually. Connect your iPod > right click on your iPod in iTunes > iPod options > click the iPod tab > choose to manually manage songs & playlists. Now just drag from iTunes into your iPod.

If that doesn't work then sorry...I don't know:o Unless there's some sort of DRM associated with the files??
