How do I stop the music?(play downloads outside of LW) I know it sounds crazy, but I am on limited air time. We have to share MBs and so I need to be able to stop the downloads so I can play the music. Everytime I want to play my downloaded library, I keep adding more downloads to my mbs and then I run into "FAP" and am penalized by being shut off line for 24 hours. So can anyone tell me how I can regulate the downloads, other than regulating my searches?( I am a compulsive searcher) HELP!!!!!! |

How do I stop the Music? That sounds great. I have one question, how do I do that? I am a very very green person when it comes to using Limewire or any of these computer programs. So I would appreciate any help you could give me. Just think of me as your Grandmother. |

To create a short cut: While in Limewire click the library tab. Now click explore; lower left corner. This will take you to your shared/saved folder outside of Limewire. You should see a folder on top of your files. Will say shared. Right click the folder and it will highlight and a pop up box will appear. Find "Send To" Now look for Desk Top (create shortcut) Click. Another pop up box will appear and ask you if you want to send... Yes. Hope this helps. |

How do I stop the Music? I told it would sound crazy. That did it. Thank you sooo much!!! you saved my sanity, what there was of it. Now I can listen to music til my ears go numb right!!!! It is really a bummer having to worry about the mbs all the time. I will be so glad when we can go on high speed. This satellite stuff is for the birds. It was OK when there were just a few of us sharing the wave lenghths but when the traffic started getting heavy then they started this "Fair Air" plan or what ever it is and things started getting sticky if you know what I mean and I am sure you know better than I do. Any way Thanks a lot. |
