if any1 no's how to disable the popup that appears in the bottom right corner that tells you when your download sdun plz tell me:o

Go to Tools > Options > View > Notifications untick the box and select apply...
There is also Auto Completion if the above doesn't stop it, untick that box and select apply...;)
