Need Help!!!!!!!!!(LW looks blurred)

Eveytime Imy Limewire starts up, my computer blinks and everything but Limewire is Blurred. Never done it before, until I reinstalled Limewire.I now have 4.14.8 installed

Not nearly enough info. We'd need the computer type, version numbers of OS and Java, etc. etc.
