Angry Alright maybe it's me but...

I just downloaded and started using the freeware version of Limewire for the first time. So far I think it's great, it does everything I need it to do, uh almost... The question I have is that when I searched for a particular .sit file (and found tons of the exact file I am looking for), and proceeded to download it the qeue said it was connecting and then simply said it "could not download." No explanation no nothing.

I tried about five times with different users but nothing worked. I wonder, is this a feature I would have if I was using Limewire Pro, is this a bug, or is this something Limewire is programmed not to do?

I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!

Do you have a firewall? Even if you don't have a sw firewall, all DSL routers have a firewall, so if you are connecting with a DSL router, you have to set up properly LW and your firewall to be able to download (and also to upload).

Also keep in mind that downloading from firewalled servents has few chances of working (192.168.*.*; 10.*.*.*;...). Try to download from three stars or more, you'll have more chances of being successful.
