I am new to mac so can someone help me...whenever i download a zip file it wont open correctly...i unzip it and use the stuffit expander but then i get stuck....i can not go anyfurther into the program to install it or anything....help please.

make sure you click on a search result and choose bitzi lookup to verify that the file is a 'good' one...compressed files (.zip, .rar, etc.) are notorious for being infected...
