I recently upgraded (last week) to 4.14.10 and as of yesterday everything was working fine. Today I can only get basic and the email support keeps telling me it doesn't recognize my email address and I've had Pro for over a year now, does anyone know what's going on with this and how to fix it?

If your purchase was longer than 6 months ago your subscription would of ran out, meaning you will have to re-purchse Pro to get the new update...

You can use Pro versions for as long as you like, you just can't update to newer versions or get the tech support.

I see what you're saying to a certain extent. I had purchased the Pro for 24.95 and have used it for over a year now. The problem I'm having is that everytime I open it it takes me totally back to basic and encourages me to upgrade to Pro which I have already done. It doesn't offer me the opportunity to use Pro at all, is there a way to fix this without paying another $25?

I had a bit of this problem,what i must of done was,saved it to my desk top but never actually down loaded it.I downloaded just now and its up and running.

Klules, I think you might have originally bought Pro from a scam site. A year ago Pro only cost $18.88 USD.

I purchased from the Limewire site, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I'm still having the same trouble, how do I contact Limewire if they don't recognize my email address?
