Lost Pro
 
Hello All,
I recently upgraded (last week) to 4.14.10 and as of yesterday everything was working fine. Today I can only get basic and the email support keeps telling me it doesn't recognize my email address and I've had Pro for over a year now, does anyone know what's going on with this and how to fix it?:confused:

If your purchase was longer than 6 months ago your subscription would of ran out, meaning you will have to re-purchse Pro to get the new update...

You can use Pro versions for as long as you like, you just can't update to newer versions or get the tech support.

No access to Pro
 
I see what you're saying to a certain extent. I had purchased the Pro for 24.95 and have used it for over a year now. The problem I'm having is that everytime I open it it takes me totally back to basic and encourages me to upgrade to Pro which I have already done. It doesn't offer me the opportunity to use Pro at all, is there a way to fix this without paying another $25?

I had a bit of this problem,what i must of done was,saved it to my desk top but never actually down loaded it.I downloaded just now and its up and running.

Klules, I think you might have originally bought Pro from a scam site. A year ago Pro only cost $18.88 USD.

This is the only site to get the real deal. Everyother site that offers Limewire are scam sites. Hope this helps. :D

I purchased from the Limewire site, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I'm still having the same trouble, how do I contact Limewire if they don't recognize my email address?
