Cannot get Connected...Cannot get Support
I have recently signed up for Limewire Pro and downloaded succesfully. Howeve when i click on the LW icon on my desktop I cannot get it to open. Have tried to contact support (that's a joke) and the only response I have gotten after 6 emails was to "check our refund policy". So i guess I'm stuck with LW. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to get it to open I would appreciate it. I am running windows xp media with a dsl connection and I have already checked the exceptions im my firewall settings.

Use your add/remove control panel to remove all java versions. Then install Java 1.5_11 see point #1 here Fixes for Limewire (click on blue link). Also, check point #3 in same link.
