Help! (lost 'lifetime' Pro)

I purchased Limewire Pro and my computer crashed and we now have a new computer but how do I get my membership back? I went to Limewire.com but there is no contact number or email to ask questions and I am VERY frustrated! I purchased a lifetime membership so surely I can download it again?
I would greatly appreciate anyone's help!

so many people say that lifetime membership there is no lifetime membership pro is in fact only good for 6 months or as of now thay got a 1 year subscription but when thats up it turns in to basic also your post is in the phex area.

So you are saying that I will have to get a new membership? I've had the other one for over a year and a half and didn't renew, so how is that possible? Also, I got Pro which I thought was supposed to have support services-that is the reason I got Pro this time-I didn't the first time and needed help and was screwed! Thanks for your help.

ya you will but it makes me wonder but I don't think anybody gets the support thay was promised I got the newest version of LW basic and I'm happy I can get support here.

If you do download either LW basic or Pro, make sure to download only from the official site Lime Wire » Download LimeWire

You'll only be able to recieve Pro support if you've bought Pro from the official site & are still within the time limit (up until recently, Pro entitled you to 6 months of free updated & email support...now there's the option to buy Pro for 1 year). Always save & back up your Pro installers!
