Changed ISP New E-Mail, Old Not Valid
 
I brought LW useing my former e-mail address and it is no longer valid. I have changed my ISP and have a new e-mail address, I have also installed a new hardrive. I have allready tried to download my limewire pro with turbo, the beta edition, with no luck. My subscription has not run out, and I,m at a loss of what to do at this point. I did download LW basic and could not upgrade my account because I brought it using my old (now invalid) e-mail account. Thankyou in advance for your feedback, Peace. **********

How long ago did you buy Pro & who did you pay for Pro? What kind of subscription did you purchase (6 month, 1 year, lifetime etc)??

How long ago did you buy Pro? The official site has only introduced a 1 year deal very recently...up until then Pro entitled users to 6 months of free updates & email support. Did you buy Pro from the official site (who did you pay for Pro)? Have a look at your CC statement & see who is the vendor next to the Pro transaction.

There's no LW phone support. There's email support for users with a current, official Pro but you've already stated that your email address isn't recognised.

If you paid for a years worth of Pro, you must have bought it within the past couple of months. Before that there was no yearly deal. In that case, use the link to your Pro personal download page. You would've recieved that link when you purchased Pro.

Believe it or not, I'm trying to save you some time & trouble here. If it turns out that you bought Pro from a scam site, there's no point you trying to contact anybody regarding your Pro. LW will only offer support to people who have bought Pro from the official site. So, do you now understand why I've been asking when & where you bought Pro???
