Pro Upgrade that is asking to buy again

I paid for and have pro 4.126. Today Limewire asked me to update. When I did it went to the standard version and is asking me to upgrade to pro. I am already a registered and paid pro user. It now states that my email is not listed (*********). What do I do now? Please help.
