Default Weird message instead of song

When I download a song, it looks like there's no problem, but when I go to play it, some weird guy's voice says "I did not have sex with that woman" and then continues on with an ad for some website. It is now happening with every song I download. I updated LimeWire the other day, but I can't remember whether this was happening before I updated or not. But I definitely did not have this problem when I first started using LimeWire. Any thoughts would be appreciated, it's totally useless to me right now.

It sounds like you have picked up some sort of Malware along the way...

Thanks for your suggestions - I have Norton on my computer so I ran that (there were no problems), then I downloaded AVG Antispypware & ran that - took care of the problems, they were pretty much all cookies. But it's still doing it, darn! I hate it! Guess I'll try contacting the guys you mention in your email. Thanks, ZZ

Try the Spybot and the Ad-Aware as well, they will all pick up different results...I have all 3 and they work well....Having more than one Anti-Spyware app on your computer is fine unlike the Anti-Virus where only having one is advised...

Thanks so much, it's working now! And it's good that I now have some anti-spyware applications -
