Limewire Pro lost

I have been running Pro for a couple of years. I downloaded an update, and no longer have Pro- rather, I ended up with the Basic. When I try to contact Support, they have no record of my Email address so I cannot contact them. Any suggestions how to get to a real person?

It depends on when you bought Pro & who you paid for Pro. If you paid Limewire LLC less than 6 months ago, you should be able to download another version of Pro. There's no phone number for support & the only way to get email support is via the link here Lime Wire » LimeWire PRO Support Center

I guess I'm out of luck. I purchased Pro from the LW site, but it was probably around a year ago.
Looks like I'm stuck with Basic unless I shell out another $35.00 (which I won't).
