Somebody please HELP!!! I am going KrAzY! (how to direct connect)
 

Hello.... I am new to this and do not have a lot of experience with computers. I would just like to know how to and even if I can, see my friends and families songs in their library and share songs we have Down Loaded using direct connect? What do I need to do to do this? Can someone PLEASE try to show me how to direct connect, and/or trouble shoot, if it wont work....

That's ok...You will see the direct connect tab here Attachment 3805

If you click on it your IP number will be there, same for your family, if it isn't then that means that you are being blocked by a firewall....

If you do see the IP number, you give that to the person you want to connect to and they give you their's, you then enter that number into the box provided and that's it you should connect...

But if it doesn't work the first few times, don't be to worried, sometimes the direct connect has a bad day...;)

If you see a wall in front of the globe or you can't see the IP number, post these details...

Thanks very much I will try that now... If we exchanged IP add. would you mind trying. My family lives 1,500 miles away and are actually worse than me with stuff like this.
