AVI files USED to play well.... now "shakey and wobbley"..???!!!???http://www.gnutell

I'm going LOOPY trying to figure out what happened here!

Last week, I downloaded 6 episodes of ******* series 4... they're all AVI files btw....

Watched them all, PERFECTLY on WinDVD...

Then downloaded 7 and 8... and found the 'complete series' so 'skipped' those I had and downloaded the rest...

WHILE they were downloading, I decided to watch ep 7 and it's wobbley and staggery... the sound is fine... I don't mean just now and then.. I mean ALL the time! it's as if someone is shaking the projector while it's playing:blink::blink:

I tried other AVI files again to see if "something" has infested them.. but nope! They play well too!! So... tried to watch some of those I HAD watched previously, and THEY are bad too!!!!!!!!! :shoot::shoot::shoot:

I've been sitting here, googling, reading forums, trying everything I know (very little atm) even tried CONVERTING them to DVD files... but they're STILL shaking!!:yikes::bangh:

I paid $30 extra over and above my usual broadband fee this month for the extra Gb to download:mad:

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.......:aweof::aweof::aweof: does ANYONE know what's wrong and how to correct it???

THANKS for reading anyway:sad:

Firstly, I'd like to know how mentioning "legal" downloads is breaking rules..?

I PAID a registration fee in order to download/watch LEGALLY they said any movie, music, tv show etc???? I realised they misled me into believing I would have access to the networks but did they also lie???

Anyway... I'm sorry if I've infringed any forum rules :o

Secondly... not that anyone has replied with help or suggestions, but I've found a solution to my problem... but no reason WHY it occurred.

It was suggested by another forum member to try System restore which I did going back to the night before I first noticed the trouble...
and it WORKED!!:dance::dance::dance:

So.. IF anyone else ever experiences similar troubles, they'll know what to do!

All the best:wave:

Well B

First things first, here are the rules, you may want to refresh your memory:

Secondly, you said:

Only scam sites tell you that you can legally download as many movies, music and games as you like. This is a blatant lie, no one and no company can guarantee unlimited downloads of copyright material, after all who is going to pay the copyright holders?

So if you did get your Limewire Basic (which is free) or Pro from a scam site I suggest you contact your credit card company, anti-fraud section, and get your money back.

Hope this helps.
