How do you completely uninstall limewire

Limewire stopped working on my PC so i thought I will uninstall it and reinstall a more uptodate version, but it will not let me because "uninstall can not be installed", any ideas?

Use the uninstaller. It's located at C:\Program Files\LimeWire\uninstall.exe. Don't use the Add/Remove Control Panel.
