What Player best for Dvdrip.avi?
 

Loaded 700MB newer movie in VLC. Progress bar moved but no video or movie length appeared on player. Thought with .avi extension it should play. Any suggestions on player or burning.?

VLC is usually very reliable. Try playing the video using another player. Did you check the file with bitzi before download?
How to use Bitzi

Were you able to preview the movie during download? If you're sure that the file's ok, try reinstalling VLC & then see if the file plays. If VLC & other players won't play the file at all then it's probably a bad file.

Thanks Birdy, Tried to open with VLC,wmp,nero and no luck. bitzi had no information when I checked, but now a report that the file is really junk.
I've had very little success with the preview button. I've downloaded some junk so I'll wait for a report to appear on bitzi. Thanks again!
