Can't remember my email for Pro Update!!!
 

I can't recall what email I used for my 4.10.5 LimeWire Pro installation. I need to update the program because I can not connect for some reason with the current program. HELP!!

How can I update if I don't remember the email address?!?!?! Is there someone I can email or contact via phone to help me with these issues? Can YOU help?!?!?!?!?!?!

And, if I am able to update, will it give me the basic version because it's been so long since I downloaded the Pro (Feb2006)????

4.10.5 was released early in 2006...if that's when you bought Pro, your Pro benefits are way out of date. So your email address won't be recognised because it won't be in the database any more.

Back then, a Pro payment entitled the user to 6 months worth of free updates & support (there's now a 12 month deal as well).

If you want a new version of Pro, you'll have to buy again.

12 months will cost you $34.95 USD & 6 months costs $24.95 now.

Can I just make a suggestion? Before you go buying Pro, try the latest basic (free) version:) There have been heaps of changes since 4.10.5! Use the basic version for a while...once you're happy with how basic LW's running, then think about buying Pro. You might find that you're just as happy with the free version;)
