I opened up limewire today and a message appeared saying there is a new version of limewire available. So I downloaded the new version and it has a new tab saying logging. I checked in options and there is no way to disable it logging everything I download, Is there a way to stop it?

I think I have an answer for you regarding the Limewire log.
To delete the entries: 1. click on any entry; click the delete key. 2. to rid yourself of many entries, first click on an entry, (it should be highlighed), next, hold down the control key and click on the next entry. You should now have two entries highlighted. Continue this until all your unwanted log entries are highlighted, then click the delete key. This is what worked for me. Good luck. |

I just discovered that when I shut off my computer then log back on when I open Limewire the logs have been cleared. Don't know why but it saves me time deleting all of them individually. Oh the things we discover after the fact!
