Credit Card DECLINED- I am still charged??!?! Cannot download NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE
 
I purchased Limewire pro, and was told my credit card was DECLINED, so I cannot download pro (not paid for).
Turns out- I have been charged! You charged my credit card for nothing!
I cannot download it, my email is nowhere in your system. Funny thing, my email isn't in the system but my CREDIT CARD sure is!

Now I see I cannot email anyone abut this matter. That's great.

I wish to be contacted by a member of staff (if there are any, since I can't find anyone) to have my credit card refunded.

VISA has been contacted as well about the matter. I should not have to post my email in a public forum for all to read, but I have been left with no other option.

I am already telling my friends to stay clear of PRO. Please HELP.

IF you purchased it correctly, then pm the member limenathan via your private messenger and notify him of the specifics...

Your card should be refunded automatically after a day or two.

yeah..righto...you know this seems to be fairly obvious, yet I can declare that for sure not all of those copies floating around are 'originals'...i.e. they have been infected....

For future reference, when a card is declined, the following error message appears:

WARNING TO DEBIT & CREDIT CARDHOLDERS:

Please limit your purchase attempts. Every time you attempt to make a purchase, your bank temporarily puts the purchase amount on hold. It can take your bank 3-5 days to unblock access to credit card funds, and 5-10 days to unblock access to debit card funds.
The banks reliably unblock the funds within a few days, and nothing is ever transferred to Lime Wire. If the funds are still blocked after 5-10 days, that is the time to contact us about the issue.

This same thing is happening to me... for no reason, my debit card is being declined, and I'm using a valid link. Limewire kinda sucks now... I never had a problem all these years, and now this.
