limiting uploads to ONE person

Anyone know if a method is available thru the settings to limit the upload to only ONE ip address only?

I want to set my limewire to allow only one person to upload from me while being able to NOT limit the quantity that they can access and upload.

Any ideas?

Yes, go to LW's menu bar, Tools > Options > Uploads > Slots & type number 1 inside the first box to designate one per person. (click sample image to see larger view)

Not the answer I seek

I want to limit UPLOAD access to ONE person.
ONE ip address.
ONE person only.

thats what I want to know.
Limit UPLOAD ACCESS to ONE (1) and ONLY ONE (1) person/address
