..and the problem is this, it is 'supposed' to work like an external hard drive, etc. the problem is...IT DOESN'T!!!!

I did exactly what Tech Support told me to do, so as not to go into any long-winded details..

I now have it setup in My Computer-> Manage-> Computer Management->Storage-> Removable Storage-> Media-> Removable Media...and then it gets REALLY interesting....anyway....

So, it 'appears' to be connecting to my PC, or so it 'appears' to be....however..

IT does NOT show up in Windows Explorer nor in my My Computer area, you know, like a hard drive, DVD drive, etc. does.

So, I cannot put *anything* on my Unit...

I am still in touch with tech Support and the *DO* offer Remote Assistance, I may take them up on it.
