my limewire will open but will not stay up for more than a few minutes at a time. downloads will start, searches will find files, but it keeps shutting down on its own. i already downloaded latest version of java,reinstalled limewire 4.14.8, and have ran both a virus scan as well as a spy sweep.gawd this is annoying. any helpwith this would be greatly appreciated.

Now I'm not an expert at this at all, but just a general suggestion.

Rollback to an older version.

i would try this but the version i am using has been working for the last 6 months without a hitch. has to be something else. just not certain what will fix it tho.
