extracting ISO files/using
 

I just downloaded two ISO files and 7-zip. When I right click on the file and move the arrow to 7-zip it gives me the following options: Open archive, Extract files..., Extract here, Extract to "The Rosetta Stone..." etc. What do I have to do to actually use the file (obviously, the Rosetta Stone)? Do I absolutely have to burn it to a CD? If I do, how do I go about doing that?
