getting limewire music videos onto an ipod nano

my son had an ipod nano for christmas. we have managed to get just music downloaded from limewire onto the ipod, but when it came to the videos, i converted the video in itunes, transfered them to the ipod, but the videos had no sound when played back on the ipod though the picture was great. any tips? or is it not possible? :bangh:
