Limewire Pro subscription but can't get in
 

Hi,

I subscribed with Limewire Pro just over a year ago. Now I need to download Limewire again as my computer dumped about six months ago. I am finally getting around to re-installing Limewire. Limewire is not recognizing my past two email addresses. I am unable to go any further in their system. This is frustrating as I signed up and paid for Limewire Pro but it will not allow me in. Does anyone out there know how I can get assistance with this?

Sorry to say, but you were scammed. The official LW site (where you download new versions of LW Pro) Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent « has only recently started offering a 1 year deal for Pro.
A year ago, Pro bought from the official site would've entitled you to 6 months worth of free updates & support.

If you didn't buy from the official site then your email address wouldn't ever have been in the official database & so it won't be recognised.

If you can remember which site you paid for Pro & have an address, contact them & see whether they're willing to help.
