Reloading LW on a new HDD

DOH!

My HDD fried, so now I'm reloading my apps but I can't find my LW installer... wot's a poor boy to do???

I guess I forgot to mention... I already bought the 'Pro' version. For some reason I cannot log into the download site with any of my e-mail addresses.
