Hi guys im new 2 this help me plz (recover deleted files)

Hay i woz wondering if theres anyway of finding some songs that i have deleted and restore them some how?? They arent in the recycle bin so i wouldnt have a clue where to start looking any help would be great could you e-mail me @ *email address removed* thanks if anyone can help me:)

Deleted limewire files

I would try a "search" for the file in windows. If this doesn't bring up any results, you may have to download the material again.
