I'm having the same problem! I had almost 2000 files in my library and I can't seem to find them now that I've finally updated to 4.16.6. I checked the "saved files" tab and there's nothing there. There is a screen on my "shared files" tab that says something about configuring which files I want to share, and when I click the button it doesn't seem to be helping me, so I just cancel it. I tried looking for my music files to add to my shared list, but there are no music files anywhere to be found. I check marked every box that says what types of files I want to share too, and that isn't working either. I would really appreciate any helpful feedback. Thanks!!
