Can someone tell me how can I create Video_TS files. I'm under the impression that when you download music and videos the files audio_ts and video_ts would be created but so far I have not seem these files on my computer any help in locating these files would be greatly appreciately.

Video_TS and Audio_TS are folders containing a DVD structure, so I don't really know what you mean.

Could you please provide some more details on what you are trying to do.

you need conversion/burning software that first converts the file to DVD format then burns it to disc....the files you download are very likely .avi, .mpg, etc files..its very rare to see files that are DVD format floating around, and any seen should be viewed with suspicion....
