I've got a similar problem -- paid for "pro", had to re-instal after the prog "froze" now don't seem to have what I paid for e.g. pro -- sent e.mail which was acknowledged and would be answered immediately -- nada nothing nil still waiting -- some help from the org would be appreciated !!!

Did you read post #2, where I said that the helpers here don't work for LW??
You can't get official LW help here, if that's what you're after

What version of LW are you using? Sometimes there can be a problem where a basic splash screen shows up, even though it's a Pro version. If you go to Help > About LimeWire, you'll see whether you have a Pro or basic LW.

Where did you buy Pro & who did you pay for Pro? Which site did you contact for Pro support (just that there are lots of scammers out there)?

Tks 4 that -- further developement, last night my screen showed an update for LW clicking on and the whole lot disappeared ! I have at the moment NO LW at all I will be re-installing, re the "pro" situation I paid LW $21.95 on the 21st of Dec thru the LW site itself eg: do you want pro -- clicked on and paid -- never had any probs before

So when you clicked to update, your LW disappeared? That's very weird. Did you have a look in C:\Program Files to see whether there was any LW program there?

See how you go after reinstalling Pro. If you see the Pro nag box, don't worry. Just check in Help > About LimeWire & see if your version shows as Pro.

Which OS are you using?

I'm pretty confused about all this at the mo' --- s++t to breakfast time !!! reluctant to re-instal -- don't know if I've got the right site to d/load from if you can give me the genuine site I'll re-instal and checkout my pro status regards...

When you bought Pro, you would've recieved an email with a link to your Pro personal download page...follow that link & download from your Pro page
