:)I purchashed Limewire Pro and recently downloaded a new version of Limewire basic to see the differences. I liked my pro better so I deleted the Basic and it deleted Pro with it. What can I do to get it back ???

Which Pro did you buy (6 months worth, or the 'extended' 12 months worth) and how long ago did you buy Pro?

If your Pro benefits aren't current anymore (eg if you bought 6 months of Pro more than 6 months ago) then you'll have to pay again.
You only have to pay once for the Pro installers that you download while your benefits are current...but you need to save & back up those installers, if you want to keep using them indefinitely;)
