Audio sound delays whilst watching DVD!

having trouble with the Audio part of the DVD's that I am burning. The sound is not matching the lip movement, and just seems out of whack. Not sure if it is because of the DVD I have burnt from Limewire or the transfering the DVD from my hard drive to a DVD. Any suggestions.
