Site Doesn't recognize my signup e-mail address
 

therefore i can't send an e-mail for tech support. my computer crashed about a month ago and i just picked it from the shop, but since the site doesn;t recognize my e-mail address i can not download PRO. anyone have a e-mail address for tech support.

I cannot signup for limewire pro. I enter my email address and clicks on 'continue' and it takes me back to the same sign up page. Can someone help?

Are you using Firefox as your browser? Do you have NoScript as an add-on? If so then you might need to allow, or temporarily allow LW.com.

Otherwise, have you tried using a different browser?

I have tried signing up using IE and Firefox. Same issue. Should I try another browser
