re-installing LW pro

i've had LW pro for a few years. the pc it was installed on died so i got a new pc.(old pc no longer exists) when i went to the LW site to ask how to download pro again they asked me to enter the e-mail address i used to purchase LW pro. i have no idea what that was back then, so i can't access the pro site . any help?? or should i just bite the bullet and purchase LW pro again??? thanks

The Pro suscription is only good for 6 mnths and just recently been offered for a year. So if its been longer than 6 mnths your e-mail address won't be in the data base any longer. If you want the updates and e-mail support that they offer, then you will have to re-purchase.

ive just experienced something similar except my one is around 2 months ago i paid for a one year subscription.
When i try to contact customer services it keeps saying error

any ideas please???
