IP masking ! Urgent!!!!

Hi

Can any one suggest me an IP masking tool that really works

. I have tried out so many of them but none of them have the proxies functioning

. My PC is inside a network and there is a proxy to forward all the requests. I am using IE7.
Any help is appreciated.
