Nuisance files!!

Hi. This is my first posting and I have only registered to find out from a 'wise one' how I can permanently get rid of the annoying additions to my search titles. I mean the additions which include watching someones sister in front a new webcam or, "cute girl has o***** " in front of another webcam. These pathetic morons should really get a job and let normal people to get on with their lives, however, how do I stop them?. I have tried blocking the 'hosts' and then marking them as 'junk', but, this only has limited success.
