Hey KB: D'loaded 4.17.6 BETA & Java 05 and it seems a bit faster on start-up and runs fine. Don't know about Upload Limits with this version yet; we shall see. It seems my IP has found a new way to throttle bandwidth, which I have had a running battle about for several years. What appears to be a new addition to throttling is to flood every single one of my 1800 audio files with 53 to 60 hits within a couple of minutes of start-up...it seems unlikely every file would get approximately same high number of hits in such a short time, while my Monitor Upload screen remains empty. It started about 2weeks ago with old BETA and popped up again overnight with new BETA. All this is with 'chat' off and after midnight when there isn't heavy traffic load on I'Net.
