Lime Wire doesn't start up

After recently having a failed download, no matter what i have done I can not get any version of lime wire to start up. Also what noticveably happened at same time was task bar seems to be covered up where used to see limewire & other program isons show

Was also getting java message showing Start up Error

Can anyone help? I have seem otehrs have same prob, but nothing seems to fix
