Dissapered?

I need some help because all my limewire files have dissapered. I'm not very good at fixing this sort of thing, and it is very frusterating.

When i opened my limewire today, and went into the library, no files showed up. When i went into my itunes, they were also not there, even though sharing is enabled. I didn't even touch the computer, it just seems
like something random happened when i turned it on today.
Now this is the part i'm having trouble understanding. All the music in my playlists is still there. I had a case when all the music on my computer got deleted, and the playlists still excisted, excpet there was no songs in them, just empty files. That means there must be some way to retrive these lost files, and if anyone knows how to fiux this, or get back that files, advice would be greatly appreciated. I lost over 5000 songs!
