LW Pro Users HELP! Take Pity on me & send an email for me!
 

:bangh: Purchased LW Pro at limewire.com. Used Norton Password form fill which I always use to fill in payment info page. Hit submit securely and got page cannot be displayed. Went back and selected already purchased LW Pro, went to submit email address. Got message "invalid email", tried over and over. Went to support, and was again asked for email address, again "cant find email address invalid". Against my better judgement I thought maybe my payment didn't go through so I went through the process again, making sure email was correct. Same thing. I am locked out and probably charged twice. As the only contact is through email, "catch 22" Could someone Please HELP!!!! and email support and ask what to do in this kind of situation? Again I was using limewire.com only.:bangh:

It is the weekend and there is a rumour... mind you, it is ONLY a rumour, that limenathan is human.

I couldn't really say one way or the other since he actually works for LimeWire which raises some suspicions as to his breeding !

I don't know. Usually I've got some sort of 'feeling' about that when reading posts but in your case, I just don't know...

Thanks! I can use all the help I can get. By the way, I'm Native American Cherokee and I live in BFE were the County owns their own Phone Co. Not a known internet. Still, my email address works everywhere else! ( psssst...I love a good fight and I do still take scalps!!!!)

LW customer support afaik don't work weekends.
Have you tried going to the support page and entering your email address manually?

Check your browser history ... be sure you did actually pay to the LW site and not another. Can also check your CC account details to whom you paid.

Have since contacted an employee and transaction didn't go through because when I would hit the submit button It would say, page cannot be displayed.
