Squashed Movies!!?? Help Please

I've gotten a couple of movies downloaded in .avi that the video is squashed! I've been deleting them and redownloading till I find a good copy but this hasn't always helped, either I can't find a better one or the next one I download is also squashed. What's up with that? Please Help!

Not sure what you mean by "squashed" videos. Use Bitzi to verify files before downloading.
