audible and creative nomad jukebox zen xtra troubles

My system runs w/windows xp, my wireless is off landlords dsl, upload sp1.09, download sp4.79, my fire wall AVG. sorry don't know ram,

I have downloads on audible, but it wont recognize my, creative nomad jukebox zen xtra. I have downloaded the suggested upgrades but still it won't work.

I do have Nero 7 premium. Not sure how to get downloads from audible, and also have my nomad open w/Nero. Thanks for any suggestions.
