Xp To Vista, Need Help

I've Downloaded Some Old Games From Lime Wire And C'ant Get Them To Work On Vista Yet I Have Had No Problems On Xp In The Past Anybody Know Of Ways To Get Them To Work On Vista

You can try to run the game in compatibility mode. To do this, right click the main exe, and got to Compatibility-->check run this in compatibility mode--> and scroll down to Windows XP Service Pack 2.
