How can I find out what my Limewire account status is ?

I am new to the forums... came on board because I have a new computer and have no idea how to find my history of payments.. I am rather sure that I had renewed to opgrade on old 'puter, which has crashed...how can I find out what my status with turbo charged is, and get the upgrade here on new puter without re purchasing?
