Nothing against Limewire, But don't I have a choice?
 

Sometimes Limewire is intrusive, and I know they are big, but I want results from other connections too.

I did a simple test: I checked to make sure I had 3 other connections besides Limewire and I searched for something very, very basic.

I got no results but Limewire's, and I know that is wrong. They have some way of blocking other results. How do I fix this? thank you

Try a different port... Perhaps 6348 ?

When I am on Gnutella Network, running BearShare or Phex, I usually use 6348 and connect with just about everybody !

I am sure that numerous others will come in here with other ports to suggest !

btw... If you really do have nothing against Limewire you're in the minority, Ha Ha Ha !
