Uninstalled Pro & can't download it again.
 

I need someone to help me again! I had connection and firewall problems as well. A very helpful response came, with a list of options to try. They included deleting a second LimeWire folder, selecting certain options, fixing settings, etc. I basically tried everything, and I think I screwed something up. I finally un-installed Limewire out of frustration, but now I realize I can't re-download my Limewire PRO that I previously bought. There's an option to type in your email(s) under which you purchased Limewire, and to my dismay, not ONE email I tried has worked!! I checked my old emails, looking for a link that they had sent me, but to no avail. I really don't think I had provided any other email address, seeing as I've had these 4 for awhile, and I don't think I had another one within the year or two that I had bought PRO. Is there a way for Limewire to look ME up by region/name/etc?? I'm so upset! I don't want to pay again if I don't have to! Please help!

How long ago did you buy Pro?
Who did you pay for Pro?
If you bought from the official site Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent « are your Pro benefits still current? If you bought 6 months worth of Pro, it needs to be less than 6 months since you paid...the yearly Pro deal wasn't introduced too long ago, so if you have extended Pro then you should still be within the timeframe.

If you did buy from the official site but your Pro benefits have expired...you can't download a new Pro installer for free.
If you didn't buy from the official site then your email address would never have been in the official database & you won't be able to download a new Pro installer for free.
