tried all methods still no limewire

I have used both online and offline methods.Removed java and limewire ,I took the advice of a past post no help.What can I do?

cant install here are my specs

I have used both lime and frost but cant do ethier now.I have reformated"clean install"Windows XP I have 256mb ram 17105mb available on disk Iam dial up I have a zoom usb modem serial #3095 I am at my house no limewire installed Juno isp your test worked no this is a new problem I have used limewire on this computer lime wont install java I am in the USA I dont know about my modem port default I suppose.I hope this information can help.
